Through its webmaster agent, The Chickering Company, Inc. has contacted integration service providers and pursued and requested accessibility or the ability to edit from each but has not been able to reach a full accessibility resolution for these services.

As The Chickering Company, Inc. does not have the resources or capacity to recreate the services offered and the services are essential to the operation of chickeringco.com, The Chickering Company, Inc. believes that subsections (iii) under Sec. 12182(b)(2)(A) of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) provide for relief:

(iii) unless the entity can demonstrate that taking such steps would fundamentally alter the nature of the good, service, facility, privilege, advantage, or accommodation being offered or would result in an undue burden
